Elijah McGuire: Headed to Miami

McGuire inked a contract with the Dolphins' practice squad Wednesday, Joe Schad of The Palm Beach Post reports.

McGuire last suited up with the Cowboys' practice squad this season, but he's found a new home in which to attempt to break back into the league. The 26-year-old spent two seasons with the Jets in 2017 and 2018, rushing for 591 yards and four touchdowns on 180 rushing attempts over that span.
