Football Team's Darrick Forrest: Activated from IR

Forrest (hamstring) was activated from IR by Washington on Tuesday.

Forrest was a fifth-round selection by Washington in the 2021 draft and had been on IR since Sept. 3. While Forrest is likely anxious to make his NFL debut, he has some work to do to move up the depth chart behind Landon Collins and Deshazor Everett. With Week 9 being a bye week for Washington, Forrest will have some extra time to try and make his debut in Week 10 against Tampa Bay.
