Jaguars' Carl Davis: Moves to exempt list

The 28-year-old was suspended for the first four games of the season for violating the NFL's PED policy, but he's now cleared to join the active roster. However, Davis currently has a roster exemption, giving the Jaguars some time to clear space for his potential activation.
