James Burgess: Waived by San Fran

Burgess was waived by the 49ers on Monday.

Burgess was signed by the 49ers on June 2 and will likely land on San Francisco's practice squad if he clears waivers. The 27-year-old appeared in four games, mainly as a special teams player, for the Packers last season.
