Reed (knee) is hopeful to play Thursday against the Patriots, Rich Cimini of ESPN.com reports.
Reed was expected to suit up for Sunday's win over the Titans but told Cimini that after testing his knee in pregame warmups, he "wasn't feeling it." He'll likely remain limited in any practice sessions the Jets hold ahead of Thursday and will likely be a game-time decision against New England.
