Hall (knee) was claimed off waivers by the Jets on Monday, Field Yates of ESPN reports.
The 25-year-old was waived off the PUP list by the Eagles on Friday, but he didn't go through the waiver wire unclaimed. Hall has been recovering from the torn ACL he suffering in December and figures to fill a depth role with Gang Green.
