John Hurst: Signed to Bucs' practice squad

Hurst was signed to the Buccaneers' practice squad Tuesday, Scott Smith of the team's official site reports.

The wide receiver was released from the Bucs' practice squad Dec. 14, but he will return ahead of their postseason run. Hurst failed to crack the active roster during his original stint with the team this season and will likely remain an extreme depth option this time around.
