Justin Lawler: Has surgery, removed from roster

Lawler (hand) has reverted to the Rams' practice squad and is set to have surgery, per the NFL's transaction report.

Lawler suffered a broken hand in Sunday's victory over the Colts. He managed to sustain the injury in just three defensive snaps. There is a chance he could still return to the roster in Week 3 depending on how capable the team feels he might be playing with a cast.
