Lester Cotton: Clears COVID protocols

Cotton was restored to the Raiders' practice squad from the COVID-19 list Monday.

Cotton has appeared in three games for the Raiders this season. With the team's offensive line depth mostly intact, it's unlikely Cotton logs a fourth appearance Week 18.
