Lions' Dom Williams: Signing with Detroit

Williams signed a contract with the Lions on Friday.

Williams spent the past two seasons in Philadelphia but never saw any action in a regular-season game. He'll need to be able to contribute on special teams in order to earn the possible No. 5 receiver job in Detroit.
