Packers' James Starks: Out again

Starks (concussion) has been ruled out of Sunday's playoff game against the Cowboys.

Starks has been sidelined entirely since suffering a concussion during a Dec. 12 car accident. At this point, it appears unlikely he'll play again this season, even though the Packers have yet to comment on his status beyond Sunday's game.
