Packers' James Starks: Ruled out again

Starks (concussion) has been ruled out of Sunday's game against the Lions.

Starks hasn't practiced since suffering a concussion in a Dec. 12 car accident. With him slated to miss a third straight game, Christine Michael will once again serve as Ty Montgomery's only backup at tailback, although fullback Aaron Ripkowski has proven capable of filling snaps when needed.
