Packers' James Starks: Won't play Saturday

Starks (concussion) has been ruled out of Saturday's game against the Vikings.

Starks was unable to practice this week, which will prevent him from playing for the second straight game. His absence will leave Christine Michael as Ty Montgomery's primary backup versus Minnesota.
