Goforth (head) is being evaluated for a concussion and is questionable to return to Sunday's preseason game against the Broncos.
Goforth sustained the injury on an attempted tackle on Jarrett Stidham's nine-yard touchdown run late in the second quarter. Goforth attempted to line up for the extra-point attempt, but he was taken off the field after being checked out by medical staff. He registered five tackles (one solo) before exiting Sunday's contest.
