Raiders' Darius Philon: Won't return Sunday

Philon (knee) won't return to Sunday's game against the Chargers.

Philon was carted off the field late in the fourth quarter of Sunday's matchup and was ruled out for the remainder of the game shortly after. Prior to his departure, he recorded four tackles (three solo) and a pass defense.
