Rams' Travin Howard: Isn't suiting up again

Howard (hip) has been ruled out for Thursday's game against the Raiders, Anthony Galaviz of The Fresno Bee reports.

Howard is now going to miss his fifth straight matchup as a result of a hip issue. The 26-year-old has been made available just once this season, but he ultimately didn't play any defensive snaps on that occasion, so his absence shouldn't alter the Rams' game plan Thursday night.
