Switzer announced Monday via his personal Twitter account that he has retired from professional football.

Switzer hasn't appeared in a regular-season game since 2019 and had spent the last two seasons working through injuries while with the Browns organization. He finishes his career with 41 games played between the Cowboys and Steelers, generating 50 catches on 62 targets for 321 yards and a touchdown across five total seasons.
