Sammis Reyes: Gets cut loose

Reyes was waived by the Vikings on Monday, Craig Peters of the team's official site reports.

Reyes was working on making a comeback after dealing with multiple head injuries in his short career. Unfortunately, the Tulane product was unable to break through in Minnesota's relatively deep tight-end room. It's unclear whether Reyes will work to find an opportunity elsewhere or consider retirement once again.
