Anderson (ankle) is expected to play in Houston's Week 1 contest against the Colts, Aaron Wilson of KPRC 2 Houston reports.
The 2023 third overall pick has been sidelined since the beginning of August due to an ankle injury, but it appears he could return to the field soon. Anderson recorded 45 total tackles, including 7.0 sacks, last season en route to winning Defensive Rookie of the Year, and he's expected line up opposite Danielle Hunter and continue wreaking havoc on opposing quarterbacks in 2024.
