Titans' Kendell Brooks: Will play Sunday

Brooks (concussion) is good to go for Tennessee's matchup versus the Browns on Sunday.

Brooks has officially cleared the league's concussion protocol after having been a full participant in practice throughout the week. The 25-year-old missed the team's last two games but should resume his role as a special teamer during Sunday's game.
