Okudah is getting evaluated for a concussion during Thursday's game against the Chargers, Alec Lewis of The Athletic reports.
If Okudah has a concussion, it would be his second of the season, as he suffered one in the opener against the Bears and then missed Week 2 versus the Falcons. The rotational cornerback made one solo tackle before leaving Thursday's contest.
