Often you'll read about how a player might affect a standard-scoring Fantasy Football league. We use the term as a way to give a description of how a player might be used or might do in the most general terms. The majority of leagues on CBSSports.com use this scoring system, including all of our single leagues regardless of the stakes, and we recommend it as a starting point when creating a new league's rules.
