Cunningham recorded 14 tackles (nine solo) across 76 defensive snaps in Sunday's loss to the Bengals. Cunningham now has a whopping 151 tackles on the season, tops in the league. It was the third time this season he has recorded at least 14 tackles in a single contest. He'll look to cap off his impressive season Sunday against the Titans.

Houston's defense was unable to generate a takeaway for the sixth time this season, but Cunningham lit up the box score with his second-highest tackle total of 2020. After racking up an eye-popping 142 tackles last season, the Vanderbilt product sits just eight tackles short of the century mark with seven games still remaining on Houston's schedule. Cunningham also has three sacks on the season, but he remains without a forced turnover after generating two in 2019.
Cunningham recorded 11 tackles in Sunday's 35-20 loss to Green Bay. Cunningham was a standout during another poor performance by Houston's defense. It was the fifth time in seven games he's reached double-digit tackles.
Cunningham tied for the team lead with eight tackles in Sunday's 42-36 loss to the Titans. Cunningham now has 61 tackles and passed Benardrick McKinney (60) for most tackles by a Texans player in the first six games of a season. He also became the 10th player in NFL history with at least 60 tackles and 2.0 sacks within the first six games of a season.
Cunningham (groin) won't carry an injury designation into Sunday's game against the Vikings. The 25-year-old popped up on the injury report Wednesday as a limited participant with the groin issue, but he practiced fully Friday and is ready for Week 4. Cunningham has 33 tackles (23 solo) and one sack through the first three games of the season.
