Alexandre Texier: Lands on unconditional waivers

Texier was placed on unconditional waivers by St. Louis on Saturday to terminate his contract, per Stephen Whyno of the Associated Press.

Assuming he clears, Texier will become an unrestricted free agent. He has provided one assist, seven shots on goal, one blocked shot and nine hits across eight appearances with St. Louis this season.
