Avalanche's Nazem Kadri: Takes full contact

Kadri (upper body) participated in Monday's morning skate in a full-contact jersey, Adrian Dater of Colorado Hockey Now reports.

The Avalanche will bring Kadri, who did not play in Monday's loss to the Capitals, on the road for a three-game trip beginning Wednesday in Seattle. The center is expected to return at some point during the team's travels. After Seattle, the Avs move on to Edmonton on Friday then Winnipeg on Sunday.
