Canadiens' Cayden Primeau: Set to start Tuesday

Primeau is expected to start at home against New Jersey on Tuesday, Renaud Lavoie of TVA Sports reports.

Primeau is making his first start of the 2022-23 campaign, and it comes on the second half of a back-to-back -- Jake Allen saved 36 of 37 shots in Montreal's 3-1 win over Buffalo on Monday. Primeau has a 3-12-2 record, 4.11 GAA and .871 save percentage in 21 career contests. The Devils have averaged 3.75 goals per game this year.
