Sutter was put on waivers Saturday, per Elliotte Friedman of Sportsnet.
Sutter had nine goals, 23 points and 57 PIM in 66 regular-season contests with AHL Hershey in 2023-24. The 24-year-old hasn't made his NHL debut and is projected to begin the upcoming campaign in the minors.
