Flames' Dmitri Zavgorodny: Moves to AHL

Zavgorodny was reassigned to AHL Stockton on Friday, per CapFriendly.

Zavgorodny played with HC Sochi, but he was limited to three assists in 10 games. He'll now report to the Heat, though it's unclear if he'll see much premium playing time. The 21-year-old was drafted in the seventh round in 2018 -- it'll likely be multiple years before he get a look at the NHL level.
