According to general manager Brad Treliving, Parsons was "unable to satisfy quarantine rules" and thus won't participate in the Flames' training camp, Pat Steinberg of Sportsnet 960 The Fan reports.

Parsons was likely already going to stick with AHL Stockton for the entirety of the upcoming campaign, but this news essentially all but confirms that will be the case. The 24-year-old netminder drew into one game with Stockton last season, surrendering five goals on 25 shots in a 5-2 loss to Manitoba on April 22.
