Burke signed a one-year, two-way contract with the Golden Knights on Tuesday, per PuckPedia.
Burke spent almost all of last season on loan with AHL Colorado, where he racked up 39 points in 57 regular-season outings. He also appeared in one game with the Hurricanes. Burke's a proven minor-league scorer, but he's unlikely to see much NHL action.
