Necas scored the game-winning goal in the early stages of the second period to give the Hurricanes a 2-1 lead, and he later set up Shayne Gostisbehere to double the team's advantage. Necas has three points over his last two outings, and he should continue to have ample opportunities to produce as a top-six forward who also features regularly on the power play.
