Suess was recalled by Winnipeg on Sunday.
Suess has played just one game for the Jets this season, but he's been recalled from Manitoba due to the injuries and COVID-19 cases that have affected the Jets. Blake Wheeler (knee), Kristian Vesalainen (COVID-19) and Evgeny Svechnikov (undisclosed) are all out, so it wouldn't be surprising if Suess gets an extended look once the league resumes play.
