Emery has been released from his PTO, the Tampa Bay Times reports.With the Lighting claiming Kevin Poulin off of waivers, Emery became expendable and has now been released after being on a professional tryout. He'll likely look to find his way on to an AHL roster until another NHL team wants to give him a look.
