Penguins' Bryan Rust: On ice for morning skate

Rust (lower body) took the ice in a non-contact jersey for Saturday's morning skate, Seth Rorabaugh of TribLive.com reports.

Rust will need to be cleared for contact before rejoining the lineup, but he's clearly making progress in his recovery from his lower-body injury. The 29-year-old winger will set his sights on healing up in time for Thursday's matchup with Philadelphia.
