Murray has been reassigned to AHL Milwaukee on Thursday, per the NHL media site.
In addition to Murray's demotion, the Predators have activated Justus Annunen (undisclosed) off injured reserve. While the 28-year-old Murray performed well in his only appearances for Nashville this year, stopping 18 of 20 shots in an overtime loss to Ottawa, the Alberta native will be hard-pressed to take over as the No. 2 option for the Predators, barring another injury.
