Sabres' Casey Mittelstadt: Set for additional testing

Mittelstadt is set to undergo additional testing to determine if the injury he suffered during Tuesday's loss to Anaheim is the same upper-body injury that kept him sidelined for 21 games earlier this season, Mike Harrington of The Buffalo News reports.

If Mittelstadt did in fact suffer a similar upper-body injury during Tuesday's contest, he'll almost certainly be facing another long-term absence. Another update on the 23-year-old forward should surface in the coming days.
