Victor Mete: Not qualified by Toronto

Mete (lower body) didn't receive a qualifying offer from Toronto, which sets him up to become an unrestricted free agent Saturday, per Terry Koshan of The Toronto Sun.

Mete was hurt Dec. 6 and didn't return before the end of Toronto's playoff run. He had two assists, three hits and nine blocks in 11 contests with the Maple Leafs last season.
