Mete was summoned from AHL Lehigh Valley on Sunday.
Mete has one assist in five AHL appearances this season. The 25-year-old blueliner hasn't made his Philadelphia debut yet. Mete will serve as a depth defender during the Flyers' upcoming three-game road trip in California.
