Stalberg announced his retirement from professional hockey Friday.

Stalberg appeared in 488 games with six different teams over eight seasons during his time in the NHL, racking up 82 goals and 168 points over that span. The Swedish winger then headed overseas to finish his career, playing for Zug EV and Fribourg-Gotteron HC of the Swiss-A league, Omsk Avangard of the KHL and Skelleftea AIK of the SHL over four seasons.
