Saturday's FA Cup match between Premier League teams Tottenham and Bolton has been canceled following the on-field collapse of Bolton midfielder Fabrice Muamba.
Muamba fell to the ground without any apparent contact in the 41st minute. Fox Soccer, which was broadcasting the game in the U.S., reported that Muamba had suffered what has been termed a "cardiac incident."

Muamba was eventually carried off the field on a stretcher, wearing an oxygen mask and with his chest still being pumped. The BBC has since reported that Muamba has been taken to an area hospital, with medical staff still trying to resuscitate him during the transport.
Bolton manager Owen Coyle and team captain Kevin Davies accompanied Muamba to the hospital.
After Muamba was carried off the field, referee Howard Webb took both teams to their locker rooms as the fans at Tottenham's White Hart Lane ground chanted Muamba's name. The match was officially abandoned shortly thereafter and declared a 1-1 draw.
Muamba's American teammate, fellow midfielder Stuart Holden, tweeted: "Praying for you Fab
