Royals pitcher Aaron Crow recorded his third win Saturday, pitching 1 1/3 scoreless innings in his team's 8-4 victory over the Yankees.
Crow snuffed out a Yankees rally in the sixth inning, retiring the only batter he faced in the inning after the opposition had already brought three runs home. He then struck out one batter during a 1-2-3 seventh inning after his offense handed him a 7-3 lead. Crow owns a 2.70 ERA and 14:8 K:BB ratio in 26 2/3 innings.
