The Blue Jays have added pitcher Todd Redmond from Triple-A Buffalo and designated pitcher Jeff Francis for assignment, according to SportsNet.
Francis posted a 1-2 record with a 6.75 ERA in 12 innings of work. He recorded 15 strikeouts with five walks. Redmond posted a 5.06 ERA with a 3-1 record in 26 2/3 innings of work in Triple-A.
