Orioles pitcher Brian Matusz was not at the park and went to the emergency room on Friday because of an illness, the Baltimore Sun reports. Matusz's status remains uncertain for Saturday's tilt against the Blue Jays.

Matusz has allowed three runs in three innings pitched this season.
