Carlos Santana delivers win with walkoff home run

Indians catcher Carlos Santana played the hero in his team's 6-5 win over the White Sox Wednesday, going 2 for 5 with two RBI and a walkoff home run in the 10th inning. The home run was Santana's first since July 7.

Santana owns a .272/.376/.458 line with 12 home runs and 48 RBI in 349 at-bats.
