Dodgers 1B Adrian Gonzalez homers in first two games

Dodgers first baseman Adrian Gonzalez hit a solo home run in the eighth inning Tuesday against the Padres, tying the game at 3. It was his second home run in as many days.

Gonzalez is off to a blistering start, as he has totaled three hits in each of the first two games. He is batting .667 (6 for 9) with two doubles, two home runs, three RBI, four runs and two strikeouts.
