Ernesto Frieri: buy low?

Angels closer Ernesto Frieri has been bad recently -- a 20.77 ERA over his last six games (10 runs in 4 1/3 innings) with three home runs allowed, three losses, and two blown saves.
I really have nothing to go on here outside of history -- closers have hit rough patches before, and come out the other side just fine. Sometimes it's a mechanical tweak (and Frieri is working with coaches). Other situations may call for a move left or right the pitching rubber. It could be something that a few days off or a week in middle relief might fix.
The point is, Frieri has shown a skill in closing out games, and he has temporarily lost it. His owners are somewhat fortunate because there isn't a clear-cut successor in the bullpen. Plus, with a somewhat lost season for the Angels, it might behoove the team to get Frieri past this stretch without damaging his confidence, as they look to the future.
Whatever the case, if Frieri can be had cheap -- and we're talking A.J. Ellis/Kelly Johnson/Michael Young-type players -- he may be worth the gamble. There's always a chance Frieri is replaced and flutters out the rest of the season in middle relief. But he's proven to be solid in the past, and if he can be fixed, he'll be a nice source of saves the rest of the season.
