Jeff Mathis' second career slam a walk-off winner

Marlins catcher Jeff Mathis sent Miami to a 6-2 win Sunday against the Padres with a walk-off grand slam in the bottom of the ninth inning. After Padres reliever Tyson Ross loaded the bases with a single and two walks, Mathis parked a 1-0 pitch into the left-field seats for his second home run this season and second career grand slam.

Both of Mathis' home runs have come in his last three games. He also has eight RBI in his last three games.
