Troy Tulowitzki played his first game for the Toronto Blue Jays Wednesday night -- hitting a home run in the process -- but he also had the honor of appearing on Jeopardy in the form of a now-incorrect answer-and-question:

The defending champ, Jonathan Marcus "correctly" rang in with "Colorado Rockies" (seriously, I found a daily Jeopardy live blog to confirm). You can watch the moving pictures here.

This isn't to bash Jeopardy by any stretch. It's a classic show and -- most importantly -- episodes are filmed several weeks in advance. So when Marcus said the Rockies, he was correct at the time.

It's just that the timing here is a bit funny, given that this aired almost immediately after Tulowitzki was dealt. Well, maybe to everyone except Tulowitzki fans who were hoping it was the Mile High team he led to success this season.
