CHICAGO -- As long-time readers might remember, one of my favorite things to do leading up to covering a playoff game is to walk around the stadiums and grab a "View of the Game" with a particular seat that might have history, quirkiness or relative uniqueness. Wrigley Field -- the site for Game 3 of the NLCS -- is chock full of them.

For this one, here's the view of home plate from aisle 206, row 7, seat 101:

(Side note: Yes, it rained earlier in the day on Tuesday, but don't worry because as I type this it's sunny, beautiful and the tarp is already off the field).

That's a reasonably good seat. Nice view of the battery and full infield. It's an aisle seat, too. Now, let's check out the historic center-field scoreboard and OH NO!

Yes, it's a classic Wrigley Field obstructed view seat. If you turn your head to the left a bit, here's the view:

So it's really not that bad. Given that there's an aisle to the right of the seat, any fan sitting here can pop out there to see a play unfolding behind the obstruction. I'd call it a minor inconvenience at most, especially for those fans who are viewing an NLCS game from the lower deck.

Some might not love the lack of leg room, however:

So there you have it. My View of the Game for NLCS Game 3. Where will I go for Game 4? Stay tuned.
