Phil Coke has setback with elbow

Tigers pitcher Phil Coke is being sent back to Detroit to have his injured elbow examined after it bothered him after Monday's throwing session, MLive.com reports.

Coke seems unlikely to make it back before the end of the regular season. He is 0-5 with a 5.40 ERA, 1.67 WHIP and 30:21 K:BB ratio in 38 1/3 innings.
